A: No, it’s not! The ICON Program is an agency-led transformation that helps you execute on the exercises presented in our Force to Icon workbook to begin communicating like the leader you are, but the world has yet to meet.

Q: Is this a group experience?
A: No! Over 1 business day, the LAUREL team will work on your behalf through a series of workshops and research to transform your digital presence.

Q: Do I need to clear my schedule for an entire day?
A: Ideally, yes. We ask for a single business day to work together with you, and then our team of PR pros go to work aligning your digital presence with the outcomes we establish together. Your ICON transformation reveal is delivered on the business day following your workshop.

Q: Will this require a longer contract to be effective?
A: No! The objective with the ICON Program is to help you anchor your experiences, frame your story, align an ecosystem for growth and have a plan to engage in a way that adds value and makes you top of mind when your network considers your specialty.

Q: Is this a social media course?
A: No! We’ll take an audit of your current digital footprint (that’s where you exist online) and make a recommendation on the best social platform to focus your resources on. Based on our work with executives and startup founders, we most frequently build professional and expert networks on LinkedIn.

Q: Is there travel required?
A: Not necessarily! You have the option to complete the program with our team virtually or arrange travel to our offices in Minneapolis/St. Paul.
